Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires it, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to 77acm and its operating entity. Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 77acm platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 8 of this document.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 77acm platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77acm does not permit the registration or use of accounts by any individual under the age of 18, regardless of local age-of-majority laws in any given jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or similar restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of 77acm or any of its Game Provider partners, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have read, understood, and agreed in full to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy prior to registering your account.

Account Registration

To access real-money casino games, sports betting markets, and the 77acm cashier, you must register a player account on the platform. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold no more than one active account on 77acm at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 77acm will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents, your date of birth, a valid mobile phone number, and a current and accessible email address. 77acm is not responsible for any losses or delays resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77acm support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All 77acm accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited in BDT at face value with no conversion applied. Card deposits made via Visa or Mastercard issued by a Bangladeshi bank are also credited in BDT. 77acm does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; if a foreign currency payment is detected, it will be returned to the originating payment method and the deposit will not be credited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

77acm supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players are advised to check the cashier section of their account for the current list of available deposit and withdrawal options. 77acm reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500. Minimum deposits via Visa or Mastercard may vary.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 77acm account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 77acm is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• 77acm does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. If this is not possible, 77acm will contact the Player to agree on an alternative withdrawal method.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC verification if the Player's identity documents have not yet been confirmed. Providing accurate and complete verification documents promptly will minimise any delay.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

77acm offers promotional bonuses and offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and this section, the individual promotion terms prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds (and any winnings generated from bonus funds) can be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is specified in the promotion's individual terms.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward the completion of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute between 10% and 25%; and certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. The precise contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms or in the platform's bonus FAQ section.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire after a fixed period from the date of the bonus credit, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in the automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it. Real Money Balance is not affected by bonus expiry.

5.4 General Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 77acm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements will have their bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings removed from the account; only the Real Money Balance will be returned.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 77acm platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with 77acm:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether using your own identity or any false or borrowed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, software errors, or game bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical fault may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of betting markets or casino game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Using another person's payment account for deposits or withdrawals, whether or not that person has consented.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77acm staff, support team members, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any element of the 77acm platform without express written permission.

77acm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, pending or following investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, account balances may be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content made available through the 77acm platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 77acm or its respective licensors (including Game Providers) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By accessing the 77acm platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any platform content without prior written authorisation from 77acm.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 77acm content or intellectual property.
• Use the 77acm brand name, logo, or any of its trademarks in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Game content (including game graphics, mathematics, and interfaces) is the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers and is licensed to 77acm for display on the platform. Players have no rights in or to any Game Provider content beyond the limited right to play those games through the 77acm platform under these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of a 77acm account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 77acm account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — type this address directly into your email client). Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 77acm will process the closure within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus have been settled or the bonus balance forfeited in accordance with Section 5.3.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 77acm

77acm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• 77acm has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The Player has been found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during the account's active period.
• The Player has registered multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy set out in Section 3.1.
• A self-exclusion request has been activated, either by the Player or by 77acm acting on welfare grounds under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• 77acm is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

In cases where account closure is initiated by 77acm due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining Real Money Balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any withheld balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure or self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds will have their account locked immediately. During any self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access their account, make deposits, place bets, or receive promotional communications from 77acm. Requests to reopen an account before the end of an agreed self-exclusion period will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and welfare assessment. 8.4 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus, or account action taken by 77acm, you should contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected] (plain text address). Please include your account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting information. 77acm aims to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days of receipt. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may seek independent legal advice.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

77acm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77acm will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account in accordance with Section 8.1 before the effective date of the changes.
